Frances Bed and Breakfast is situated in a first floor apartment located in the heart of North Berwick’s picturesque town centre. It is listed as a three-star bed and breakfast by the Scottish Tourist board and offers two well presented and comfortable double bedrooms with ensuite or private facilities.

A delicious full Scottish or Continental breakfast awaits you when you arise which is served in the breakfast room. Frances is delighted to cater for any dietary requests if given notice.

Situated on the High Street, we are only minutes away from shops, restaurants and the many tourist attractions. Frances is happy to share her knowledge of the area with guests to ensure they make the most of their time in North Berwick.
